Bruker Optics is seeking a Market Excellence Specialist in North America to expand market penetration in FT-IR and Raman technology markets.














Responsibilities










Responsibilities:
The aim of this position is to increase the market penetration, market coverage and lead generation for the NA territory for the product lines based on FT-IR and Raman technology
Drive digital marketing campaigns to fill up the sales funnel, close collaboration with the local marketing team and the digital marketing team at the European HQ
Increase awareness of Bruker Optics and the visibility of its products in US
Create scientific marketing content like videos, articles, webinars, or podcasts
Monitor, motivate, drive and support activities of the network with third party agents
Seek for new market opportunities and coordinate actions together with local sales management, local marketing and the HQ
Work with the field sales staff, TPA Manager and the local sales management to support business development activities inside core and target markets
Gain an understanding of Bruker FT-IR/Raman equipment/software to support customer applications and needs
Create scientific marketing content (videos for social media)
Research and build lists of prospective customers using resources provided by the sales management team
Tracking campaigns and lead generation activities using marketing automation and CRM software
Provide lead generation tracking reports to the local sales management and the HQ













Qualifications










Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree in natural sciences or technical engineering
Ability to express scientific information in a simple and compelling way excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
First experience in video/image editing is beneficial
First experience in the creation of 2D and 3D animations is beneficial
Basic understanding of social media (Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram)
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
Preferred strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
